Their Story
Jemimah Nalubwama is one of our top students and a natural leader. She serves as head girl in her class and leads by example, always completing her homework and encouraging other students to do their best. Teachers describe her as a joy to teach.
Family Background:
Jemimah was brought to our centre by her elderly grandfather who could no longer care for her after her parents died when she was 6. Her father died from tuberculosis and her mother died from complications of childbirth. She has no surviving siblings.
